Refund policy

This policy covers paid Mindservicebase coaching sessions and course seats arranged by invoice or bank transfer. The website itself does not process checkout payments.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees you have paid for a defined package that has not been fully delivered. Complimentary materials and free articles are not refundable.

Timeframe

Cancel a booked session at least 48 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund of that session fee. Cohort seats may be cancelled within 7 days of payment if no live session has occurred and downloadable module packs have not been accessed.

Full and partial refunds

Unused sessions inside a multi-call package can be refunded proportionally after deducting completed calls at the single-session rate stated on your invoice. If you complete more than half of a package, remaining sessions may be rescheduled rather than refunded, unless we cannot offer a date within 30 days.

Refund process

Email hello@mindservicebase.digital with your invoice number, package name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank transfers may show a different booking text than the original debit.

Cancellation by Mindservicebase

If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule. If we discontinue a cohort, unused value is refunded.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected. Where a mandatory cooling-off right applies to distance contracts for services, we honour it unless you expressly requested early performance and the service was fully provided.
